Love the vibes of this place. It's in an old church and has some funky decor. Bartenders were super friendly and knowledgeable. I ordered a beer on tap based on the name. The bartender explained it was a sour and gave me a taste before buying a full pour...
My husband and I came to National Mechanics for brunch in 2014 and loved it so much we brought our boys back for dinner in 2023. What a privilege, to eat at a great place and then share the experience with loved ones nearly a decade later...
Delicious food! They have a great selection on their menu. They have appetizers large pretzel with cheese, nachos with lots of toppings, wings etc. I liked that they offer both a brunch and lunch menu...
Really enjoyed the big pretzel and the drinks were great too! Seemed there was only one waitress, but she still did a great job. I really liked the vibe of the bar and it's in a great location. I would definitely return if I'm back in Philly!
Food here is top notch. I don't what they do to the bread but it's the best I've had in a while. Ordered the chicken sandwich and burger melt and both were great. The fries that came with both were absolutely delicious.
